Min Esquire, and seven (7) additional code enforcement members; did conduct an interrogation, and did order, Eugene Jobie Steppe, who was under duress to terminate a corporation titled, “Art By Jobie Corporation” lawfully incorporated under the Florida State Statues, and a world wide web site, serviced by a server in Dania, Florida, known as “ArtByJobie.com.
These board members stated that these two entities constituted a business, which they do not, they represent something else, but the film file of this board meeting proves Mr. Steppe was never given an opportunity to present a defense, to explain! They think people actually called ArtbyJobie.com and made orders; that I was doing business out of my home. They handed me a letter stating that my wife & I would be arrested, fines and liens placed on our home and foreclosed upon. So, to prove, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that this is not a business and that not one person ever called, so let them see just how many phone calls come in. I can testify to the fact that not one phone call came in regarding these two entities. Phone records will prove no calls came in.
